Description
SIZING: Because each piece is made for you, it is absolutely necessary that you determine your correct size before ordering. Ring sizing kits are widely available and I would encourage you to order one before investing in a piece of custom jewellery.
The Silver Bird Stacking Rings are handmade sterling silver rings, each featuring a single bird in flight. Every bird is saw pierced and hand engraved, then polished so the detail catches the light as your hand moves. Each ring captures a specific moment of motion, held simply and clearly.
I make these handmade silver stacking rings in my Glasgow, Scotland studio. There are seven different bird designs to choose from, each with its own wing position and character. You can also choose the direction of flight, which lets you decide how each ring sits on your hand and how it relates to the others. Worn alone, a ring feels intentional and personal. Worn together, you can build a flock across your hand, shaping the movement and balance as you go.
Part of the Murmuration Collection, these sterling silver bird rings are about connection, belonging, and shared awareness. Each bird responds to the others, shaping the whole through small, attentive movements. The rings reflect how community works. We move together. We look out for one another. We notice who’s at the edges and make space for them.

Customs & import fees
Buyers in the United States should be aware that tariffs imposed by the US Government will increase the base cost of each piece. We will pay these in advance to hasten clearance customs and avoid any surprise charges on receipt.
For customers outside the UK and USA, your order may be subject to import duties or customs fees once it arrives in your country. These are determined locally, so it’s worth checking in advance so you’re not surprised. Unfortunately I can’t cover or refund these charges.
If an item is returned to me because customs fees weren’t paid, I can issue a refund (minus shipping) once it’s safely back with me.
Sterling silver loves to be worn — your skin’s natural oils actually help keep it bright. When you’re not wearing it, tuck it away in an airtight pouch to slow down tarnish.
Keep it dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products (they’re not its friends). When it needs a little refresh, use warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth — no dips or harsh cleaners, especially on oxidised pieces.
We’ll include a polishing cloth with every piece of jewellery. If it starts to look a bit dull, give it a gentle polish, avoiding areas that have oxidation (the blackened bit of silver).
