What materials are used in your products?
All pieces are hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office prior to shipment to verify quality.

Warranty Full terms and conditions can be found here. Summary below: Each piece is handmade with care, and I want you to feel confident wearing it. If there’s ever an issue with the craftsmanship, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. I’ll happily repair or replace anything that’s genuinely faulty due to workmanship.
This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or pieces that haven’t been properly cared for — silver, like all good things, needs a little love to stay its best.
Returns
Because every piece is made by hand, I can only accept returns if:
The wrong item was sent, or
There’s a genuine fault covered by the warranty above.
I’m unable to accept returns for:
Incorrectly ordered sizes
Earrings (hygiene reasons)
Damage after delivery
Lack of care or maintenance
Items must be returned in their original packaging, and any repair or refund will be handled thoughtfully and fairly on a case-by-case basis.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for international shipping and 1-2 weeks for domestic (UK).
Do you ship internationally?
US Customers: Please note that there is now a 10% tariff plus handling fees for all products incoming to the US from the UK. These will be calculated at checkout and pre-paid so there are no unpleasant surprises.
I'm sorry to say that I cannot ship to the EU at present owing to changes in policy post-Brexit.
