This one of a kind sterling silver ring (UK J½ ≈ US 5) was a joy to make. I gave myself five lengths of 925 sterling silver wire and a few hours to see what might emerge. I melted, hammered, twisted, and bent the metal until the form finally settled into a five band silver ring. Is it a handmade silver ring that feels like a flock of birds? A shoal of fish? A path of busy bees? Or something else entirely? The fun is that you get to decide for yourself, and there is only one in the world.
The piece is half polished sterling silver and half rustic charm, with hints of its handmade construction visible in small pockets of molten texture alongside smooth surfaces with mirror shine. It is a lively, sculptural silver ring, catching the light as you move your hand. It has enough presence to be worn on its own, while the organic shape also allows it to blend easily into a hand full of other favourite rings.
This one of a kind silver ring is as playful in its making as it is to wear. I encourage wearing it as a reminder that beautiful things come from letting yourself try, fail, and try again.

Sterling silver loves to be worn — your skin’s natural oils actually help keep it bright. When you’re not wearing it, tuck it away in an airtight pouch to slow down tarnish.
Keep it dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products (they’re not its friends). When it needs a little refresh, use warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth — no dips or harsh cleaners, especially on oxidised pieces.
We’ll include a polishing cloth with every piece of jewellery. If it starts to look a bit dull, give it a gentle polish, avoiding areas that have oxidation (the blackened bit of silver).
